Prince Charles, Prince of Wales has launched a new volunteer scheme for young people, called Volunteers. He gives a speech at St James’s Palace, expressing concern for recent social unrest, and hopes to recruit young people to work on community projects throughout Britain. Craig Morgan and Sharmila(?)
