- Legal affairs correspondent Tim Crook reports from the Royal Courts of Justice on the prosecution of Twyford Down protesters after they broke an injunction against 55 named protesters and trespassed onto the M3 construction site. The Department of Transport pressed for jail sentences. Raga Woods (formerly Tessa Fothergill) and Emma Must talk about the injustice of them being accused and why they are protesting (prior to the hearing) and Twyford Down campaigner Steven Ward on the outcome with the protesters sent to jail.
