Des Fahy interviews Foreign Secretary, Douglas Hurd, who calls for an urgent meeting of the UN Human Rights Commission to enable action over the abuses of detainees in camps in Serbian-controlled areas of Bosnia. Hurd wants observers in all the camps as soon as possible. Hurd is asked what Britain is going to do to deal with the abuses that have been reported - he makes it clear that the UK will only support limited military action in the Balkans.
