Paul Woodley reports from New York where the United Nations has moved one step closer to authorising force to help get humanitarian aid to the stricken population of Bosnia. Britain, the United States and France have agreed on the text of a resolution, and the UN Security Council is expected to vote on it this week. Includes statements by Ludmilla(?)
