Paul Woodley reports on the UN Security Council resolutions announced by UK Ambassador to the UN, Sir David Hannay. The first resolution aims to help the people of Bosnia Herzegovina. The second resolution is to deal with the practice of ethnic cleansing. Bosnian Ambassador to the UN, Muhamed Sacirbey says more could be done.
