A new English language weekly newspaper, called the European has hit the news stands. The paper, owned by Robert Maxwell, is being printed in Britain, France, West Germany and Hungary. As well as publishing the paper, Robert Maxwell is also editor in chief. He tells Douglas Moffitt about his new venture and what readers can expect.
