Iraq’s Ambassador to the EC, Zaid Haidar says Iraq will respond to any attack following the enforcing of a no-fly zone by the USA, UK and France over southern Iraq to stop Saddam Hussein killing Shi’ite people of the area. He accuses international leaders of using Iraq to deflect attention away from their domestic problems and claims there are no problems between Sunni and Shi’ite in Iraq.
