- Anti-Terrorist Squad detectives are hunting a young woman and her baby seen with two IRA men after the discovery of a bomb factory in a flat in Battersea, South London. Police have disclosed that they have recently raided and searched eight or nine addresses, all rented flats in the East Ham, Tottenham, Wood Green and Brixton areas of London, in the search for the IRA active service unit. Detectives have also released a description of a third man whom they believe is a member of the gang. Tim Crook reports.
