Max Cotton reports on a speech in London by UK Prime Minister John Major to the Conservative Middle East Council (CMEC) where he expresses his outrage following two car bomb attacks in the Israeli Embassy in Kensington and at the North London offices of the Joint Israel Appeal. He vows the terrorists will be caught and punished. He also used the occasion to criticise the Iranian regime. Includes extracts from the speech.
