Paul Woodley reports from New York where the United Nations Security Council has approved a US-sponsored resolution authorising use of force to restore democracy to Haiti following the ousting of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide in a military coup instigated by Raul Cedras, Michel Francois, and Phillipe Biamby.
