Political correspondent Max Cotton reports on the findings of an investigation of the alleged theft of millions of pounds from the Metropolitan Police. Last month Anthony Williams, a senior Scotland Yard employee, was jailed for embezzlement. Metropolitan Police Commissioner Paul Condon yesterday faced the Commons Public Accounts Committee; we hear him and Assistant Commissioner Graham Angel explaining to the committee what happened.
