Simon Israel reports on UK Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher’s views of the way forward following a summit with Mikhail Gorbachev in Moscow. She is heard talking on future of foreign policy as US President Ronald Reagan is due to be replaced; relations with the USSR; and says a Soviet-West agreement to cut nuclear weapons can’t be rushed.
