Description
After the Moscow summit, in which Soviet-Western relations were improved, Margaret Thatcher congratulates outgoing US President Ronald Reagan on his work towards better relations with the Soviet Union. Reagan in turn, congratulates Thatcher and the British people on their efforts. Mikhail Gorbachev, speaking through an interpreter, addresses Thatcher and Reagan, saying US- Soviet relations are moving in the right direction, and assures the West the Soviets will keep moving forward.
