Mark Phillips reports on the death of Freddy Franks, London taxi driver, from a heart attack after teenage muggers who hired his cab tried to steal his mobile phone. Franks was due to retire from his job. Police are hunting for the killers. The capital’s black cab drivers are being told to take extra care.
