Labour leader Neil Kinnock condemns the walkout of seven out of twelve Militant members of the Liverpool Labour Party from a disciplinary hearing with the National Executive Committee. He says it was an infantile act which cannot be justified, that regulations will be changed to avoid it affecting the hearing again, and that it will not damage the party.
