Following the conviction of Nicholas Whiteley for computer hacking at Southwark Crown Court lawyer Peter Summer sets out the legal position on prosecuting for computer offences and says the new Computer Misuse Bill is not necessary. Peter Summer is otherwise known as the author of the Hackers Handbook, under the pen name Hugo Cornwall. Male interviewer not identified.
