General Norman Schwarzkopf, Commander of the Coalition Forces in the Gulf War, gives a speech after receiving the Father of the Year award in New York. He describes his efforts during the conflict to keep his troops safe, and says he sees them as an extension of his family. He speaks about his home life, and his pride at being awarded the honour.
