- Description
- Home Office Minister Douglas Hogg took one look at the drug markets of Washington DC yesterday, and said he was not confident that the new drug crack could be stopped from swamping Britain in the way it has swamped the USA. Hogg is in the US to learn whatever lessons he can to help the British Government minimise the effects of a crack invasion. Nick Peters was with the minister (and guide, Steve Finkelburg(?)), and this is his report.
