- Curtis Howard, a man charged with falsifying passport information, has been remanded in custody. He will also be tried for the murder of Catherine Ayling, which he is alleged to have committed in Britain. Howard’s lawyer, Jeffrey Denner, says threats were made against his client’s life, and that the accusations are unfounded. Barbara Howard proclaims her son’s innocence, and offers her condolences to Catherine Ayling’s family. Paul Woodley reports.
