Within the last couple of hours, the first US troops have started to arrive in the Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince in helicopters at the civilian airport to secure a landing place for the battalions to follow. In Washington, President Bill Clinton and former President Jimmy Carter have been talking about how this agreement was reached and what happens next. Clinton outlines the reasoning behind the American iniative. Paul Woodley reports.
