The electricity regulator was supposed to be announcing his pricing proposals for the regional electricity companies tomorrow. The details were leaked today sparking off a row over prices and causing shares in the companies to go haywire. Unidentified female reporter talks to Yvonne Constance of the London Electricity Consumers Committee about the 10-13% cuts.She is pleased with cuts and standard of service; privatisation has worked well.
