Risley Remand Centre in Warrington, Cheshire received a damning report from the inspector of prisons on conditions there, Chris Terry reports after touring the centre. Includes interviews on the conditions with two male inmates, Paul and Billy and a third female inmate Wendy. With 6 suicides over the past year, £50 million will be spent to improve Risley and turn it into a young adults prison. Originally from Radio City.
