Description

Unidentified female police officer appeals for information about an incident in which a 19-year-old female cyclist was raped after being struck by a car in Putney, south London (28/04/78). The driver had earlier knocked another girl known as Ann Palfrey off her bicycle. The car was sold in Frimley, Surrey, the day after the crime. Male interviewer not identified. (James Godfried was later charged with the assaults).
