- Description
- The last British Governor of Hong Kong today faced an embarrassing and unprecedented vote of no confidence. Former Conservative Party Chairman, Chris Patten stands accused of betraying Hong Kong. He signed an agreement last month under which China will set up the territory’s supreme court after the takeover in 1997. The vote was proposed by the Democratic Party and its Chairman, Martin Lee, who is interviewed here by an unidentified female reporter.
