- Paul Rowley reports on the Home Office decision not to admit 170 Bosnian refugees, stranded on the Austrian-Slovenian border, into the UK. In Parliament, Home Secretary Kenneth Clarke defended the decision, saying he could not bend the rules. Shadow Home Secretary, Tony Blair says the people will go back to refugee camps if they are not granted asylum. Conservative backbencher, Sir Giles Shaw and Liberal Democrat Home Affairs spokesman, Robert Maclennan also contribute to the debate.
