Peter Kimber reports on the police investigation into the disappearance of Down syndrome baby Louise Brown along the Sussex coast, after her parents’ car was allegedly stolen in Battersea, London. (Her parents Paul Brown and Susan Pullen and uncle Ian Brown and his wife Brenda Brown were later tried in connection with her murder - the body was not found).
