John Fraser interviews former Belgium Prime Minister Wilfried Martens on lack of EC unity over the Maastricht Treaty following the Denmark referendum to reject it. He chaired a meeting of EC leaders last night on amendments to the treaty to make it acceptable which decided to go ahead without Denmark or Britain- which has yet to ratify the treaty.
