Description

Detective Superintendent Derek Dale, who led the investigation, comments on the life sentences for 19 year-old public schoolboys Jamie Petrolini and Richard Elsey for murdering taxi driver Mohammed el-Sayed at random in Bayswater. They had become obsessed with the SAS and modelled themselves on them, seeing a murder as the ultimate dare. Interviewer not heard.
