Chris Mann talks to Jim Ballard, husband of record-breaking climber Alison Hargreaves who has died in an avalanche on K2. Chris first asks Jim to react to a tabloid report by Daily Express journalist Lynette Burrows who had, apparently, never met the family; Jim then speaks about Alison’s muscular physique, personality and relates some of his memories.
