Tony Burnley from Cambridgeshire Police appeals for 2 boys to come forward seen playing with 6 year-old Rikki Neave, who has been found naked and strangled on wasteground near his home in Peterborough. He says local schoolchildren are being counselled over the murder. (Rikki’s mother was later tried and acquitted of murder but convicted later of cruelty, Rikki was on social services at risk register).
