- Health Secretary Virginia Bottomley speaking on GMTV this morning comments on the case of a girl, Christina Gleason of Enfield, who was turned away from over 12 hospitals while suffering a serious asthma attack. She was eventually treated more than 60 miles away in Cambridgeshire. Bottomley understands why it happened but says it is not good enough. Interviewer not heard.
