- Father Denis Faul describes the situation surrounding a hunger strike at Maze Prison, Northern Ireland. He has been asking inmates to suspended the strike to give more time for negotiation. Faul says the British Government is willing to let the prisoners die, but the prisoners are still very determined. Interviewer is Eamonn Mallie.
