Description

Report on a funerals following the shooting at the Rising Sun Bar in Greysteel, County Londonderry, in which 7 people (later 8) died. Jim Mawe(?), Joe McDermot(?), Moira Duddy, John Moyne(?) and Stephen Mullen, who died along with Karen Thompson(?) and John Burns when loyalist gunmen fired into a Halloween party, were laid to rest in Greysteel. Includes an excerpt of the funeral address by Father John Gallagher. Presbyterian minister, Reverend David Brown comments on the killings. Comments made by the retired Catholic Bishop of Derry, Dr Edward Daly, are reported. Havovi Todd reports.
