Report on a US congressional committee hearing into the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) following allegations by former congressional investigator Jack Blum that the company looted the third world during the 1980s, bribing central bank officials in dozens of countries to deposit foreign exchange reserves with BCCI and misappropriating the funds.
