Report on the outcome of the Northern Ireland peace talks at Stormont Castle. Irish Foreign Minister, Dick Spring speaks of his optimism about the outcome of the talks, but will not discuss the proposals in place. Northern Ireland Secretary, Sir Patrick Mayhew is also optimistic that the politicians can enter into a process of successful talks. Peace marches have been taking place, and some of the demonstrators involved discuss the need for an end to the fighting. Havovi Todd reports.
