- Report on the murder of 27 year-old Samantha Bisset and her 4 year-old daughter, Jazmine. At a Scotland Yard press conference, Samantha’s boyfriend, Conrad Ellam appeals to the killer to come forward and give himself up. Chief Superintendent Bill Illsley appeals for anyone in the area at the time of the murders to come forward with any evidence they may have, but says there are leads to go on. Iain Ramage reports.
