Michael O’Neill reports from Majorca on Howard Marks, an ex- drug smuggler, being held by the authorities prior to extradition to the USA after a series of raids across the world on Monday to break a cannabis smuggling ring. Howard Marks claims he did deal but has retired and states he will cooperate fully; and comments on involvement of the half-brother of Colin Moynihan, Sports Minister.
