Description

Ronan Carroll reports on a secret tape recording made by an inmate at the Glenochil Prison in Scotland which was leaked to IRN. Convicted robber Tommy Moffitt is heard on the tape saying prison officers are forcing the inmates to remain in their cells, living in their own filth, since the 6th July, with no explanation as to why. Prison officials have denied conditions are that bad. From Radio Cylde.
