Report on the death of 83 year-old pensioner, Nancy Joyce on the Old Kent Road after she was crashed into, dragged along and run over by 25 year-old Lee Brown, who was driving (whilst disqualified and on bail) a stolen car. Following Brown’s sentencing (he received a ten-year sentence), police spokesman Robert Carol describes Brown and his criminal record. Tim Crook, Drivetime’s Legal Affairs Editor, reports.
