Description

The Government will introduce football identity cards by September next year after overcoming a backbench revolt in the Commons last night. Sports minister Colin Moynihan says he’s relieved at the outcome and once the Hillsborough stadium disaster inquiry reports their recommendations will be incoporated into the bill. Paul Rowley asks the questions.
