Steve Wright reports on a possible breakthrough in efforts to secure a peaceful settlement in the Bosnian conflict. Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic is offering concessions, which would include giving up some territory. He has proposed a six-point peace plan in a telephone interview with US television network CNN, from his headquarters in Pale. The offer follows talks with former US President, Jimmy Carter.
