US President Bill Clinton is in bullish mood following passing of the NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) between the USA, Mexico and Canada. Includes Clinton speech to the conference on benefits of GATT agreements and reminding Europe if an agreement is not reached the US could go to Asia for it’s main trading partners.
