Report on a school minibus crash on the M40 in which 10 students and teacher Eleanor Fry from Hagley RC High School in Hagley, near Birmingham, were killed outright returning from a trip to the Royal Albert Hall. 2 other children died later. And on aftermath for the school with counselling offered; and concerns over minibus safety regulations including seatbelts.
