Shadow Transport Minister Joan Ruddock on the official report into the Marchioness riverboat disaster on the River Thames 2 years ago which has just been published and said there was no wilful misconduct. The Labour Party is calling for a public inquiry as it believes the report is inadequate and says the Department of Transport must take some blame. Political correspondent Paul Rowley interviews.
