Political correspondent Paul Rowley interviews Liberal Democrat MP Simon Hughes, whose constituency covers the stretch of the River Thames where the Marchioness riverboat sank 2 years ago. He is supporting calls for a public inquiry and says there is a case for the Department of Transport to be prosecuted.
