Port of London Authority (PLA) Chief Executive David Jeffery on the safety measures already implemented following the Marchioness riverboat disaster on the River Thames 2 years ago. Follows the recent publication of a report into the disaster which makes several recommendations to improve safety on the river. Mark Phillips interviews.
