Description

Kurt Schork reports from the Bosnian capital Sarajevo that the Serbs are in charge again as NATO is being dictated to by Bosnian Serb Commander General Ratko Mladic. Siege of Sarajevo needs to be lifted. Talks set for Geneva shortly with French and USA. French have heavy contingent of troops in Bosnia.
