Description
Interview with Alistair Duff, lawyer for the two Libyan men, Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi and Lamin Khalifah Fhimah, accused of carrying out the bombing of a Pan Am jet over the Scottish town of Lockerbie (21/12/88). Interviewed on the sixth anniversary of the tragedy he says his clients will not be tried in Britain or America as they believe they cannot be guaranteed a fair trial and if the UK and America insist on basing the proceedings in their own jurisdiction the trial will never happen.
