- Former Goverment adviser and statistician Sir Claus Moser believes Britain is in danger of becoming the worst-educated country in the world. Sir Claus made his remarks at the annual conference of the British Association for the Advancement of Science in Swansea. He told Clayre Gribben that a royal commission should investigate why British children are getting such a bad deal.
