The ruins of London’s oldest church St Ethelburga’s which was reduced to ruins by an IRA bomb will be incorporated into a glass fronted memorial in memory of the victims of IRA terrorism. The outgoing Bishop of London David Hope and Archdeacon George Cassidy speak about the plans. Bruce Whitfield reports.
